Return/Exchange Policy

At Combatfootwear.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition, with tags attached and original brand packaging included.

 

Need to Make a Return?

  1. Submit a Request
    Complete our Contact Form and let us know you'd like to make a return. Please ensure to include your order number.

  2. We’ll Respond Within 24 Hours
    You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA/RA#) and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Return
    Once you’ve received your return instructions, you can:
    • Use your preferred shipping carrier, or
    • Purchase a discounted return label through us.

  4. Get Your Refund
    Once your return is received and processed (typically within 1–2 business days), we’ll issue your refund and notify you via email.

Need to Make an Exchange?

  1. Place a New Order
    This ensures faster delivery of your replacement item.

  2. Return the Original Item
    Follow our return process above.

  3. Receive a Credit
    As soon as your return is processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

International Returns:

  • International returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Please note that all product sizes listed on our website are in US sizing. We recommend referring to a size conversion chart to ensure you select the correct size based on your location. Still unsure? Please contact us and we'll gladly help you.

Warranty/Defects:

At CombatFootwear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it under the following terms:

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipment, you may return it for a replacement of the same style, size, and color.

  • Replacements Only: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different styles, sizes, or colors.
  • Same Item Guarantee: Replacements will be for the same product originally purchased.
  • Return Authorization Required: All returns must reference a valid RA# (Return Authorization Number) provided by our customer service team.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before the order is processed for shipment.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the order after it has shipped, it will be processed as a standard return (see Restocking Fee below).

Restocking Fee

Because shipping is costly, and we work hard to keep prices fair for all customers, a 15% restocking fee will apply to returns caused by customer error.

  • Applies to: mistakenly placed orders, cancellations after shipment, change of mind, or wrong size/style chosen.
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • Shoe Box Returns:
    If your item includes a shoe box, please do not use the box as your shipping container. The original packaging must be intact for resale. Items returned in damaged or marked boxes may be refused by our warehouse or the postal carrier. Always pack your return in a separate box or protective wrapping.
